Mostly we speak about dry beer when they are hoppy... but then they are bitter first. Some also think of champagne yeast when talking about dryness... but then they are brut first!
So what about being dry then? Well, dry means officially the absence of all liquids. That would be harsh when we talk about beer - beer powder....?
So it must be something else - the absence of sweetness. The total absence of any sugars! Getting the yeast to absorbe and transform the last residual sugars - that was our goal.
Well, there will always be sugars left in a beer - but in this case you need a lab to find them as your palate and taste buds wont!
In combination with an unusual beer style, a brown IPA, this beer will blow away all your taste experiences.
