Several times already we were inspired by the Caribbean, by its lifestyle, its food, tastes aromas and it's people. We simply love this laid-back-chill-I-dont-care-what-tomorrow-brings feeling. And we simply love the cocktails over there.

Caribbean rum is always involved, so we did the same. We soaked white raisins for three months in Plantation Rum, squeezed them again and added this sticky sweet fruity liquid to the lagering tanks were we stored a classic blond Barley Wine.

The result is a flash-you-away drink to some hot Caribbean beach where the sun raises like the raisins in this stunning beer!
